Peer Discussion: Uncomfortable Conversations

It seems that all professionals run into uncomfortable situations. Does it happen more often in fundraising and the nonprofit sector?  Is our response different when the conversation is with someone who controls a monetary decision? This uncomfortableness can come in many forms such as political differences or make statements that you don’t agree with. Let's get together and discuss how we can respond when donors make you uncomfortable. 

Peer Discussion Groups are a great way to hear from colleagues and openly discuss questions and concerns.
