Programs

AFP Greater Madison advances ethical and effective fundraising practices through a variety of programs and workshops. Our chapter offers regular programs designed to meet the needs and interests of our community and members.

Everyone is welcome at AFP Greater Madison! Community members are invited to join us for any program, and chapter members receive discounts on registration.

Events vary in pricing with many being complimentary. To help us plan for your arrival, pre-registration is required for all events. Reach out to our Chapter Director at admin@afpmadison.org for registration support.

Roundtable Discussions

These events feature a planned topic with open discussion among peers in attendance. Discussions occur from 9:00-10:00 am at organizations within the community.

Professional Development Sessions

These events typically feature a speaker or panel sharing their experiences and expertise on a specific topic. You can anticipate a meal, presentation, and time for networking.

  • April 21 (Breakfast): Practical tips for preparing and planning a successful campaign

Donor Database Support Group

These sessions provide a space for all database users to connect, share insights, and tackle common challenges. Each meeting focuses on a specific topic, offers time to connect with peers using the donor database, and allows open discussion on other pressing topics.

If you know of someone who might want to attend an event, we encourage them to sign up for the AFP Greater Madison email listserv. There is no membership requirement to attend events with the local Chapter. All are welcome.
