Daniel Sims, CNE, CDE has more than a decade of experience in designing equitable fundraising & stewardship models, strategic planning, and major gifts campaigns. The campaigns he has designed and worked on have raised over $330 million dollars for organizations of all sizes and sectors. He is an award-winning trainer, strategist, coach, and author who provides equitable, donor-focused leadership to organizations ready for substantive long-term growth. He currently serves as Sr. Director of Development at the Wisconsin Foundation & Alumni Association and provides coaching to individuals and organizations through his consulting firm, The Sims Group. He resides in Madison with his wife, Althea Miller-Sims, and their two children.
