Individual Giving Manager
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Job Summary:
Habitat for Humanity of Dane County (Habitat Dane) is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join our Development Team and help grow a strong, sustainable individual giving program.
This role will lead annual giving efforts, including direct mail and digital appeals; build strategies to grow donor acquisition, recurring giving, mid-level giving, legacy giving, and other giving opportunities; and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors. The Individual Giving Manager will also play a key role in donor stewardship and cultivation, including donor communications, appreciation events, groundbreakings, and other opportunities that deepen supporters’ connection to Habitat Dane’s mission.
The Individual Giving Manager will be part of a four-person Development Team and report to the Vice President of Philanthropy, while working closely with Communications and other departments across the organization. There is also opportunity for professional growth, including into major gifts.
Ideal candidates will have three or more years of nonprofit fundraising experience, a track record of building donor relationships, excellent communication and project management skills, and experience working with CRM databases.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin, with regular in-person work and occasional evening and weekend events.
