Individual Giving Officer
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000

WayForward Resources brings our community together to create food and housing security through action and advocacy, primarily in the West Madison, Middleton and Cross Plains areas. With demand for WayForward’s food and housing program services the highest in our over 45-year history, our organization continues to grow in response to community needs. To build capacity, our team is hiring an Individual Giving Officer to support ongoing development work.
The Individual Giving Officer plays an integral role in individual giving, responsible for creating and implementing philanthropic strategies specifically to expand first-time, recurring, and mid-level giving programs. This position will closely collaborate with the Development team to advance WayForward’s mission and fundraising goals by building relationships with a focus on individual mid-level and major donor prospects. The Individual Giving Officer supervises a Database Coordinator and supports their work in gift processing and acknowledgment, and maintaining donor database integrity.
