Our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) Working Group is looking for passionate, curious, and committed individuals to help shape a more inclusive, equitable, and representative future for our fundraising community.
Whether you’re just beginning your equity journey or bring deep lived experience, your voice matters. Together, we’re exploring how our chapter can better reflect and support the diverse communities we serve—through our programming, partnerships, and everyday practices.

A new, year-long fellowship model is emerging at AFP chapters nationwide to support fundraisers and organizations from historically marginalized and historically under-resourced communities.
