Donor Communications Coordinator
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
Job Summary:
The Donor Communications Coordinator will serve as both a content creator and project manager, creating communications for members, major donors, and other key stakeholders of the Wisconsin Historical Foundation and Wisconsin Historical Society. Through compelling stories and targeted communications, this position helps inspire donors and connect them to the Society’s work and mission. This person will write and manage a portfolio of projects including publications, newsletters, emails, donation appeal letters, acknowledgements, meeting materials, web content, among others.
This position is an active member of the Fundraising Team and frequent collaborator with the Marketing & Communications Team. The ideal candidate is creative, highly collaborative and has a track record of creating communications for different audiences and channels—and is motivated to adopt donor-centric writing and best practices into their work. Graphic design experience is strongly preferred.
