Director of Development
Salary Range: $70,000
Job Summary:
St. Coletta of Wisconsin, Inc. (Jefferson) is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Development to lead all aspects of our fundraising efforts. This role will design and execute a comprehensive development strategy, including annual giving, major and planned gifts, grants, events and will focus heavily on relationship building. The department has an Associate Director and Assistant as well that you would be supervising.
St. Coletta operates in Wisconsin and Illinois as a Franciscan mission dedicated to serving adults with special needs. We provide compassionate housing, medical care, and day programming that support dignity, independence, and quality of life for every individual we serve.
Bachelor degree required. Experience in fundraising and platforms like Raiser's Edge preferred.
Pay range for this position will be $70,000 + based on experience.
