Development and Administrative Assistant
Salary Range: $20 per hour (half-time position)
Job Summary:
The River Alliance of Wisconsin (RAW) and Midwest Environmental Advocates (MEA) are jointly seeking a Development and Administrative Assistant. The individual will be a part-time, hourly employee of both organizations. Hours per week between the two organizations will range from 20-24 hours.

Experience in donor management and nonprofit administration.

Commitment to water conservation and environmental protection.
What you’ll do:

Enter donations and contact information in our databases, EveryAction and Neon CRM.

Using Microsoft Word mail merge, process donor letters and prepare mailing lists.

Manage event planning logistics.

Assist with additional administrative tasks.

This position requires an in-office presence, but some remote work may be possible. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the office in Madison, WI. The hourly wage is $20/hour.

RAW and MEA have offices close to one another and have a long history of working effectively together. Both organizations have a need for a Development and Administrative Assistant, with each organization requiring approximately 10 hours of support per week.
