Assistant to the CEO/Technology Manager

Salary Range: Hourly: $14-$25+

Job Summary:

Marcy Heim lives to inspire generosity! An in-demand international speaker (she will be featured at 3 international conferences in the coming 2 weeks) and a major gift guru, Marcy coaches clients to accelerate these giving transformations for good.
Needed - that anchor assistant that balances a demanding speaking schedule with campaign management - someone with passion for detail, and can see themselves as the Boss's boss.  Fully remote - preference will be given to Madison-based applicants who can meet in person at least monthly. The role may require extended hours to support urgent matters.

•    Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant/similar role, with a strong understanding of executive operations.
•    Communication: Exceptional communication skills, ability to interact with speaking bookers and clients.
•    Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
•    Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate the Marcy's needs. 
•    Technical Skills: DEEP experience with Raisers Edge, Bloomerang and event timeline management, Microsoft Office Suite , Google, KEAP and other office software. 
•    The role may require extended hours to meet deadlines or support urgent matters.
 

Compensation: Hourly from $14-$25 or more per hour depending on the skill set.
