Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: $21 - 22 per hour

Job Summary:

The Center for Railroad Photography & Art (CRP&A) seeks a part-time administrative assistant to support our programmatic efforts. Primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including greeting visitors, responding to constituent inquiries, logging financial contributions and payments, assisting with fundraising communications and data management, inventory tracking and processing publication orders. 

Responsibilities: Primary contact for members and other constituents, responding to calls, emails, and other queries and correspondence, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel; Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents; Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets; Manages publication sales, inventory, and order fulfillment; Ensures office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand; Assists with conferences and meetings as needed; Maintains physical and digital filing systems; Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities; Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
