Membership Services Manager

The Membership Services Manager is responsible for leading all Membership Services unit activities, while holding a passion for leadership, collaboration, process management, and data integrity at the heart of unit practices. This person maintains and fosters shared, high standards of customer service and stewardship with the goal of deepening donor relationships. They collaborate with development colleagues in proactively planning membership services workflows. They are a leader in data accuracy and security amidst changing workflows and a complex software universe. Reports to the Membership Director.
The Membership Services team is responsible for donor customer service, donation management, and account maintenance for over 50,000 members. The department is a lynchpin of our financial sustainability, processing all donations, from various sources, in a secure and accurate manner. It also plays a vital, relationship-building role, advancing communication plans that ensure revenue retention and growth.
