Major Gift Manager
As Major Gift Manager (MGM), you will play a lead role for nature by applying quantitative data and critical thinking to advise and track donor relationships and new audience development. This important team member understands major gifts fundraising and provides strategic support for the eight-member Wisconsin development team. In this role, you will inform gift processing, create and present fundraising reports, analyze trends in giving, and oversee data management of a portfolio of current and prospective givers.
As the MGM, you will support the eﬀorts of the Wisconsin chapter of The Nature Conservancy by using our fundraising database, Microsoft Excel and related software to provide thoughtful, consistent, and concise database management and analysis to guide our successful and established major gifts fundraising program, which currently includes Wisconsin’s $48 million campaign.

How to Apply:
We are seeking a candidate with experience in fundraising, database management and operations. A BA/BS degree and two years’ experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience is required to apply. This position is located in Madison, WI, but other locations may be considered.
