Habitat for Humanity of Dane County (Habitat Dane) is a Madison-based nonprofit that helps families achieve strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. In Dane County alone, one in eight people live in poverty, including 16 percent of all Dane County children. We are looking for an Institutional Giving Manager to be part of an excellent team that is making a difference every day for our partner families.
The Institutional Giving Manager is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with foundations, corporations, and government agencies to secure financial support for the organization. This role focuses on developing a robust pipeline of institutional donors, managing the grant application and corporate sponsor solicitation process, ensuring that grant reports are submitted, and stewarding organizations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills and a track record of success in fundraising.
The Institutional Giving Manager will be part of a four-person development team and will be supervised by the Vice President of Development. Habitat Dane is growing and there is potential for promotion into other areas of fundraising, including but not limited to major giving, as the organization scales.
Salary range: $65,000-$75,000
