Inside Sales – Donor Engagement Officer (DXO)

Are you a people person with a passion for making a difference? The Madison College Foundation is looking for a motivated Donor Experience Officer (DXO) to join our team! This role is suited for someone who loves connecting with others, building relationships, and helping support an impactful mission.

As a DXO, you'll manage a portfolio of around 500+ active donors—you’ll be the key point of contact, keeping donors engaged and excited about supporting the Madison College Foundation. Through a mix of personalized emails, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels, you’ll stay in touch with current donors, re-engage past supporters, and bring in new supporters. Your goal is to make every donor feel valued and connected to our mission!

What you’ll do:

• Build relationships: Engage with donors through phone calls, texts, emails, and social media to keep them informed and excited about Madison College.
• Retention & Growth: Work to keep a focus on the donor and their impact, opportunities to increase their contributions, and to attract new supporters.
• Consistent communication: Follow a regular schedule of touchpoints to keep donors updated, thank them for their support, and solicit future donations.
• Support the team: Assist with other marketing and fundraising efforts as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Education: An associate degree or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Ideally, you have 1 year of experience in development, communications, sales, inside sales, or a similar field. However, if you’ve had involvement in fundraising as a student, intern, or professional, that’s a big plus!
