The Goodman Community Center (GCC) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR to drive the Center’s mission of strengthening lives and securing futures. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for overseeing the internal operations of the center and leading the external focus (partnerships, branding and donor development).
Providing strategic leadership and external relationship building to ensure the mission and core values of the organization are realized and supported. The ED leads the organization in establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies supporting the Center’s mission, vision and values.
The ED works with the Chief Development Officer to build a broad and diverse base of donors, volunteers and partners, as well as a multi-focused stewardship program to ensure high engagement and retention. The ED works with the Senior Director of Operations and Programs to build partnerships that support program development and further the mission of the organization.
