Marcy Heim, CEO, The Artful Asker, a major giving consultant located in Fitchburg, WI is looking for a part-time (5-10 hours/week) Executive Assistant/Donor Relations Manager.   Work hours are flexible and include one weekly 2-4 hour in-person work session.   Key responsibilities include managing client communications, annual fund mailings, social media posting, database updates, organizing small-group workshops, managing product sales and managing the calendar and correspondences of the CEO.   Work will be in partnership with two virtual assistants that have been part of the team for over 5 years. 

Experience in Microsoft programs, google spreadsheets, database management, social media posting, and annual fund is a must.   Apply today!
