Development Program Manager, Cross Campus Initiatives

Job Summary:

The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA)*, the private fundraising and alumni relations organization for the UW-Madison, is recruiting for a Development Program Manager, Cross Campus Initiatives (CCI). This position is part of the dynamic, fast-paced Cross-Campus Initiatives development team and requires a high level of organizational oversight and leadership to achieve team project goals and objectives.  The Deveopment Program Manager position will require significant self-directed work as well as demonstration of independent judgment in managing projects, serving campus units, prioritizing responsibilities and time, and communicating progress to team members. This role may involve supervision of others. This position is a hybrid role and will require work in the office at least two days weekly. 
Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience in higher education, non-profit or fund-raising environment 

Essential Functions: 

  • Campus and Donor Relationship Management 
  • Strategy development, planning and project execution 
  • Office administration
