Development Officer
Job Summary:
CTM is looking for a results-driven and analytical thinker who excels at leveraging data to inform strategy and takes pride in cultivating meaningful donor relationships.
This role will be essential in helping CTM build meaningful relationships with donors and prospects, ensuring effective data-driven decision making, and assisting in the cultivation of major gifts and planned giving. The Development Officer will work closely with the Executive Director and development team to effectively identify, track, and engage potential and current donors.
