Development and Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary:
Monroe Street Arts Center seeks a dynamic part-time Development and Marketing Coordinator to execute administrative work related to fundraising and marketing.
In this role, you will work alongside the Director to execute fundraising strategies, record donor data, identify funding sources, grant writing and reporting as well as lead MSAC's marketing initiatives including social media marketing, website maintenance and planning email campaigns. It's a great role for detail-oriented professionals who are highly organized and have a passion for working in arts education.
Position responsibilities include:
- Fundraising database records in Little Green Light CRM database
- Grant writing, reporting, and research
- Technical and administrative support of Development projects
- Assist with fundraising events, campaigns, and appeals
- Manage website content and updates, experience using SquareSpace or other website management software preferred
- Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, mailers, and fundraising materials
Benefits include:
- Wage range: $20–25/hour
- Hours: 25–30 hours/week
