Advancement Officer - Leadership Annual Giving

In this newly created role, the inaugural Advancement Officer - Leadership Annual Giving will serve a pivotal role in Carroll University’s planning and execution of leadership annual giving and reaching our collective fundraising goals. In partnership with the senior director of annual giving and advancement services, the advancement officer works to build a pipeline of support to improve major donor qualification, increase The Old Main Society membership and total dollars raised for Carroll University. The officer will manage their time as a frontline fundraiser for leadership annual gifts ($1,000-$25,000) and will assist in the implementation and management of programs to secure, retain, and increase leadership and reunion gifts. The officer will collaborate with staff in Institutional Advancement to retain, renew, and upgrade existing leadership giving donors, identify new prospects, and support major gift pipeline development. The advancement officer will build a flourishing leadership annual giving portfolio via personal solicitation, digital engagement, written communication, and other multichannel strategies.
